The spacious balcony (10 m²) offers enough space to have breakfast or to relax in a deck chair. So you can relax and enjoy the view. Prices and booking
The current price per night is €164 per night in high season, and in low season from €126 per night for a minimum booking of 3 nights. This includes water, electricity and heating. The tourist tax is charged separately and amounts to € 2.40 per person per night (from the age of 15). A one-time fee of €40 for final cleaning is charged for this holiday apartment. The apartments are offered without meals. To fix the booking, we ask for a deposit of 30% to the following account:

Cancellation conditions:
If cancellation occurs no later than three months before the agreed arrival date, the contract can be terminated by either party without incurring any cancellation fees. If cancellation occurs no later than one month before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the total package price is payable. If cancellation occurs up to 21 days before the agreed arrival date, a cancellation fee of 100% is payable.
Booking process:
You can book directly online via our website or send an inquiry via our contact form.
If the apartment is available on the desired date, you will receive a provisional reservation confirmation from us with the bank details for transferring the deposit of 20%. This provisional reservation confirmation is then valid for 14 days.
As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will send you a fixed booking confirmation to the email address you have provided. Please understand that the deposit paid cannot be refunded in the event of a no-show and will be retained as part of the cancellation fee.
